God will HELP YOU OUT OF SELF DESTRUCTION

·                     O Israel, thou hast destroyed thyself; but in me is thine help. (Hosea 13:19).

Through some of your actions, you have endangered your life. Unholy life breeds destruction. Is there any destruction that is around you, owning to what you have done? Is your peace being destroyed? Maybe, your health.Even if it is your marriage. Cheer up. There is hope for you. Hear God saying to you; no matter what you have done, no matter how far you have gone in your errors, no matter the attending consequences; I am ready to help you. God always wants us to redirect our attention back to Him. And when we do, His help will lose us from every self-destruction.

All God is looking for is a repentant heart. He said in the book of Ezekiel 18:30;

Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, saith the Lord GOD. Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin.

            Say to yourself! “Iniquity shall not be my ruin”.

            God is still saying:

Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.

                                                                   - Ezekiel 18:31 -32.

God has no pleasure in the death of a sinner.

He made it clear:

Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live? Ezekiel 18:23

Again;Jehovah said:

Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel? Ezekiel 33:11

Apostle Peter anchored this when he said:

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9

Are you afraid? You need not be. Take a look at Apostle Paul: the Jews caught him and went about to kill him.  They wanted to end-up his life; thanks to Divine intervention.

For these causes the Jews caught me in the temple and went about to kill me.

Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great. (Acts 26:21 and 22).

You shall not be destroyed! Don’t be depressed by the reason of things surrounding you now. Apostle Paul obtained help of God and lived. He also became a witness to it.

Every destroyer of destiny is destroyed by the blood of Jesus now!

Follow Apostle Paul’s example and declare; “I too will not be stopped in the name of Jesus!” You will continue as a witness to show men that God helps.

Look at King Jehoshaphat.

And it came to pass, when the captains of the chariots saw Jehoshaphat, that they said, It is the King of Israel. Therefore, they compassed about him to fight: but Jehoshaphat cried out and the Lord Helped Him; and God moved them to depart from him. (2 Chronicle 18:31). 

Do you know what got the King into this situation that nearly cost him his life? He took a wrong action by neglecting the word of the Lord through prophet Micah and joined himself to a wrong company. Proverbs 13:20 declared: “He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed”. Well, the King cried out and the Lord helped him. He was delivered from death.

Pray this prayer now:

A). Oh Lord, my God, give me a hearing ear, to hear you, and an obedient heart to obey your word. 

B).Deliver me from wrong and destructive company in the name of Jesus Christ.

It is very disastrous to despise the word of God. To despise divine direction is life dooming. Proverbs 13:13 says:Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed:

Again;

O Israel, thou has destroyed thyself; but in me is thine help. (Hosea 13:19).

No matter where you have missed it and erred in life; In God is your help!

You can trust God with your mistakes. He alone can mend the broken part of your life.

Whatever is pursuing you to destroy you, God will push them backward and set you free. Cry to God now.

King David is a man who knew the Help of God. He said:

When I cry unto thee, then shall mine enemies turn back this I know; for God is for me. (Psalm 56:9).

Anytime you cry out to God: He send divine help to rescue you.When His help comes, it will save you out of anything that compassed your life for destruction; and will cause the destroyer to be driven back.

I see God moving away from you every destruction. Say with me now: Help me Lord Jesus!
